During the 'Anything Grows' sell off sale I picked up a couple of hibiscus plants as they were on special and the lady in the shop assured me they would grow in Orange. I potted them into new larger pots so I can bring them into the house when it gets chilly - any day now apparently!
To my delight (and Mr L'Orange's total indifference) the first flower blossomed this week and even better it is a beautiful shade of purple. With the recent spell of sunny days in Orange the garden has gone into full bloom again, there are now new rose buds, cherry tomatoes and the pumpkin is getting fat.
